PAYMENT PROCESSING

It takes 1-3 days for your payment to clear through our systems.

* Note if your Place your order on the weekend or Holiday, Your order will not start to process until the next business day.

SHIPPING

After your payment is done processing, then your order is shipped off.

Shipping takes 3 -5 Business days.

All Packages require a Signature. We ship through USPS or FedEx.

This means your order will be shipped the same day you place your order and then you will receive your order in 3-5 days

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

*EXCHANGES are only for customers who didn't receive the correct order and therefore can receive an exchange.

We are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYSwithin you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are our proud of our hair quality. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your hair, because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions.

You must contact us first before refunding your package within the seven (7) day return period. All SINSLAY HAIR Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the hair HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH BECAUSE WE CAN NOT RE-SELL IT.

                   

  RETURNS/REFUNDS

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs unless we are at fault for your incorrect items and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because SINSLAY HAIR will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel, which we will not be responsible for. Ship with USPS. 

All Sales are FINAL. No REFUNDS.

 

BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your BILLING and SHIPPING ADDRESS must be the same.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH

 DELIVERY

All packages REQUIREyour signature to ensure it’s delivered. Be home when it’s scheduled to be delivered. If you miss the delivery, you'll have to pick up your package with your ID.

 

STORE POLICY

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.

Therefore, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges, ( unless we are at fault and sent you an incorrect order). NO EXCEPTIONS on open hair that’s been worn.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS. TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, THERES A $15 FEE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
